Terminology
Guest: a person who has reserved and stays at B&B and is registered as such.
Main guest: the person who has reserved at the B&B. The main guest must be older than 18 and is responsible for his / her fellow guests.
Administrator: the person who, as the owner of the B&B, or on behalf of the owner of the B&B, manages the B&B.
Third parties: any other legal person who is not a guest, manager or owner.
Reservation: a confirmation of the reservation request by Bed & Breakfast "Op Twee Oren".

1. Bed & Breakfast "Op Twee Ears"
1.1 The B&B is described in the website www.optweeoren.nl. This website has been compiled with the greatest care, but there may be differences between the text and / or photos presented on the website and the current situation in the B&B at the time of the visit by the guest (s). No rights can be derived from such differences by guests.
1.2 The minimum stay at Bed & Breakfast "Op Twee Ears" is one night. A minimum stay of 2 nights applies on weekends. A different minimum stay may apply during the holiday periods and / or during the summer months.
1.3 The B&B is accessible 24 hours a day. The B&B part and the rooms have their own lockable entrance.
1.4 Rest periods are from midnight to 7 AM.
1.5 Smoking is not permitted in the rooms or in the communal areas or anywhere indoors. Smoking is permitted outside.
1.6 Pets of guests are allowed after consultation in the apartments with one or more separate bedrooms.
1.7. Check in from 3 pm to 10 pm, check out by noon at the latest. Later check-in possible in mutual consultation.
1.8 Bed & Breakfast "Op Twee Ears" is suitable for children.
1.9 Guests can park their car in the parking area at the B&B. Parking is at your own risk. Luggage can be loaded and unloaded for the apartment.
1.10 Guests must have a permanent place of residence or stay

1.12 The managers can deny and / or refuse guests access to Bed & Breakfast 'Op Twee Oren' in the event of a violation of the general terms and conditions and / or internal rules or in the event of improper behavior, without further notice and statement of reasons and reasons. without reimbursement of accommodation costs.

2.0 Rates
2.1 The rates include gas, water, electricity and heating. The rates include VAT and excl. Tourist tax.
2.2 The rates do not include the costs of cancellation and / or travel insurance and / or other costs.
2.3. Rates of the B&B are always without obligation and are subject to interim changes.
2.4 All statements on the website of the B&B (www.optweeoren.nl) are deemed to have been provided in good faith and are always subject to interim adjustments. The B&B is not bound by obvious errors on its website.
3.0 Reservation and Payment
3.1 Reservation is possible via Bedandbreakfast.eu, Booking.com, airBnb and www.optweeoren.nl
3.2 The reservation is only final after confirmation of your reservation request by Bed & Breakfast "Op Twee Ears".
3.3 For bookings from abroad, 50% of the reservation amount must be paid to Bed & Breakfast "Op Twee Oren" within 14 days of booking. If the check-in date is within 14 days after the reservation, payment will apply in the B&B. Only after receiving this advance amount will a booking confirmation be provided.
3.4 The advance or the total accommodation costs must be transferred to:

3.5 Payment of the (remaining) amount must be made at the B&B before checking out. Payment can be made in cash. Credit cards are not accepted.

4.0 Cancellation
4.1 Up to 7 days prior to the date of arrival, cancellation is free of charge. We charge 100% of the costs for cancellations within 7 days of the reservation date.
4.3 After arrival cancellation or early departure during the stay, the entire stay period (confirmed total travel sum) will be charged.
4.4 Cancellations can only be made in writing by email via info@optweeoren.nl.
5.0 Damage
5.1 The main guest is legally responsible for the damage caused by him or his fellow guests to the B&B accommodation or the items present therein.
5.2 A claim (damage, loss, loss and / or theft) must be submitted immediately by the guest
